This hotel underwent what could have been completely devastating water damages and floods. When the property called our team at SERVPRO of Fountain Valley we knew that we had our work cut out for us. Worried about the timing of their grand opening as well as all of the brand new work that had been completed, we were ready to start restoration ASAP! Not only were several floors completely flooded, but we were on an intensive time constraint.
